Beechwood Manor Inn & Cottage is ideally located just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Saugatuck. A leisurely 10 minute stroll will have you right in the middle of the stores, restaurants and antique shops.

Accommodations: After many years of renovations, our 1870’s Greek Revival Home was transformed into Beechwood Manor Inn. Our three beautifully decorated guestrooms ( Enid’s, Ethel’s and Saida’s) have all been appointed with the most discerning guest in mind. All of our Guestrooms are non-smoking and provide full private bathrooms. Spa quality bath products are typical of the upscale amenities and service you will find at Beechwood Manor Inn Bed and Breakfast. And now, with the addition of our new three bedroom cottage (breakfast not included), we are able to comfortably accommodate children. All of our amenities and pampering service, along with our ideal location, will help make your Saugatuck Bed and Breakfast experience unforgettable.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Because of our small size, cancellations made in excess of 14 days will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged one nights stay. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged full stay unless the room(s) can be re-booked at same rate and terms. Certain special events such as Holidays have 30 day cancellation requirements that will be outlined in your confirmation letter.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card must be included with the reservation request in order for your reservation to be confirmed. No charges will be made to your credit card until check-in. This information is used only to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will only be charged for cancellation policy violations and no-shows.

Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy for the Bed and Breakfast and we cannot accommodate more than 2 guests per room. Cottage rates are based on 1-4 guests with a minimal additional charge for guests in excess of 4. (6 guests maximum in the cottage)
