Beechwood Cottage

We’d like to announce the opening of our new, 1,100 sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Cottage.  Located adjacent to the Bed and Breakfast and within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck, our new Cottage provides you with everything you need to make your getaway perfect.  Able to accommodate 1-6 guests, the Cottage will be ideal for 2 couples or for families with children.   

Rates: May 15 to October 31- $300 per night*/ $1,500 per week* (rates may be slightly higher during Holidays and Special events).  During peak season, we do have a 3 night minimum for Cottage stays. However, we may be able to accommodate shorter stays (not less than 2 nights) in some circumstances.  Please call us if you are in need of a shorter stay. 

           * Nightly and weekly rates are based on 1-4 guests.  A $25 per person/per night charge will be added for additional guests.

 Bringing a pet?      We are happy to offer our Cottage as pet friendly.  However,

1.  We will accept small dogs (up to 30-40 lbs).  Other pets are a possibility with prior arrangements.

2. We will accept only one pet at a time during your visit.

3. Well behaved and house-trained is a must.  While we do not charge a pet deposit, you are responsible for any and all cleaning costs and/or damage attributed to your pet.

Cottage amenities include:

·          Fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero Refrigerator Freezer

·          3  Guest Bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Twin Trundle Bed)  

·          Outdoor deck with furniture and BBQ 

·          Fireplace  

·          Air Conditioning

·          Satellite TV with DVD Player 

·          Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi)

·          CD Player

·          Large comfortable living room

·          Iron and ironing board

·          Washer and Dryer

·          Bed linens, towels and bath amenities included

·          And more!

·          Note: Breakfast is not included with the Cottage

We now offer a newly renovated option for our guests with the same hospitality that we are known for.   Just as with the Bed and Breakfast, our location is ideal and now we are able to offer that extra bit of privacy that some desire but with the convenience and security of knowing that we are right next door should you need anything.  

 Bringing a pet?      We are happy to offer our Cottage as pet friendly.  However, if you are considering bringing your pet, please be aware that prior arrangements must be made.  Please contact us for guidelines and restrictions.
